Jason Shirley - Managing Partner

Jason's national search practice focuses on executive-level assignments for advanced technology product development professionals and industry leading sales executives with established domestic and international companies.  In addition to his extensive experience in IT, Aerospace, and the RF / Microwave Wireless product development field Jason has achieved significant success in the placement of senior level sales professionals. As Managing Partner here at MRBoulder it is his charge to seamlessly manage and ensure talent acquisition solutions for his clients. Prior to his leadership role at MRBoulder Jason was an industry leading search professional with Grafton Executive Search.

Jason and his wife live in Erie, Colorado with their three daughters.

Richard Woodcock - Vice President / Sr. Account Executive

Richard leads the research and development department here at MRBoulder. With each search comes extensive client, competitor, and candidate research which is managed by Richard and his team.  He is an accomplished search professional with tremendous organization and communication skills.  At MR Boulder he is charged with the task of formulating and executing entire search strategies and implementations. Earlier in his career Richard was an accomplished banking executive with significant organizational responsibilities including enterprise wide leadership. 

Richard lives with his wife in Boulder, Colorado and has a grown daughter and son.

Jessica is an accomplished human resources professional with 8 years sales, operations, and management experience.  She has been the sole creator of organizational human resources policies, plans and operational procedures, giving her unique insight to the needs of our candidates. 

Jessica lives with her husband in Boulder, Colorado.
